Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Returns and cancellations
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or to cancel an order for a service that you have made. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item should be in the original packaging as well.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
