APARTMENT BLOCKS (MDU)

Multi-dwelling Units are very much our core business and we understand the level of technology investment required for different property types in different postcodes.

Over the past few years we have been behind some of the most prestigious developments in London including The Star and Garter by London Square and Twenty Grosvenor Square by Finchatton. As such we have built an enviable portfolio of prime and super prime MDU projects for some of the best known developers, construction companies and financial institutions in the world. Previous projects range from ten apartments to two hundred and fifty, fully integrated systems to stand alone core systems for both demise and common parts.

BUILD TO RENT (BTR)

BTR is a sector in which we are heavily involved and seeing more and more demand. This is not only a new area for the property sector but for the AV and integrated systems industry. We were very quick and one of the first to identify the opportunity and as such have become a proven entity amongst the most prevalent developers and financial institutions in the BTR space. We offer solutions for; Shared Spaces, Access Control, CCTV, Networks & WiFi, Core System Integration and Smart Building Technologies. We are well placed to deliver these types of projects not only due to our track record to date but also because we have the required in-house skills and experience in different sectors. This is not quite residential, or commercial, or hospitality, it’s a combination of all and we are proving our understanding of this in the schemes which we have delivered and are currently working on.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE

The majority of our private residential projects are in prime London postcodes and so as such most of our projects are refurbishments of Crown Estate, Grosvenor Estate and Portman Estate properties to name a few. We are very used to operating inside strict building regulations and will always work very closely with the project lead, architect, main contractor and extended professional team to ensure compliance. As well as new fully integrated systems we also offer upgrades, retrofit, remedial and aftercare services. Although our most popular offerings are home theatre and media rooms which we can design into any size and shape of room.

PENTHOUSE

Standalone penthouse projects make up a large part of our business and so we are well versed with this type of property. Whether existing, new build or an airspace development project we have a wealth of experience introducing the latest technology and marrying this to new and existing core building systems. As well as our vast range of AV, Control System and multi-room solutions, outdoor space is almost always part of the scope and we have many unique designs for outdoor entertainment and automation. With all of our penthouse projects we strive to provide that wow factor to complement the penthouse reputation.

HOLIDAY HOME

With distance being the biggest challenge for our overseas projects we aim to keep things as simple as possible. This can sometimes result in concentrating on the entertainment and audio visual element and providing a secondary means of control for third party systems. We take a common sense approach when designing these types of systems to ensure they are robust, reliable and easy to use for our client and their staff. With this kind of design approach, responsibilities for different systems can be spread across different suppliers and local trades. This ultimately improves response times in the event of a failure. Remote monitoring and management systems are included as standard to ensure any problems which may arise are addressed quickly and efficiently. Our success in delivering this type of project is largely down to the fact that we very much understand how precious holiday time is for our clients.

HOME THEATRE

An excellent home theatre solution comprises the right combination of hardware, professional installation and value for money. We are experts at delivering home cinema and understand the importance of the balance between spend and return. We offer cinema solutions for all budgets and property types; apartments, large homes, dedicated or incorporated to a media room and communal use for our BTR clients.  In addition to hardware we can provide acoustic treatments, bespoke finishes, seating, custom joinery, lighting or a complete turnkey solution to manage all trades.
